Description

Since 2005, continuous GPS monitoring was initialized by the installation of GPS stations in two regions of Greece from the Geophysics – Geothermics Department of NKUA. Two GPS stations (SKAL and SISS) have been installed at Cephallonia Island and one (SANT) at Santorini Island (Responsible for GPS Stations: Dr. Vassillis Sakkas / vsakkas@geol.uoa.gr).

We can use these data for processing and creating diagrams - the Time Series of Displacement for each GPS station. The time series of the horizontal displacement (Easting and Northing) including the vertical displacement (Up) for specific GPS Stations can be represented on a diagram – chart using the “TS – Tool”.
