SIZE EXCLUSION CHROMATOGRAPHY IN WATER/ACETONITRILE/TFA FOR ANALYSIS OF POLYPEPTIDES
The aqueous GPC system consists of a Waters model 510 pump, a Waters model U6K injector, and a Waters model R401 differential refractometer. Data is collected and analyzed using WATERS software. The column set installed in this instrument consists of the following columns: WATERS HYDROGEL two linear columns 8x300 mm; along with an 8x50, 10µm guard. The instrument is calibrated in the molecular weight range of ≈600 up to 1,000,000 Daltons using a set of PEO/PEG standards.
