My research interest is on the development of mathematics teaching and learning and teacher development. In particular, my focus concerning teaching has been on the role of different contexts and tools in the classroom setting. In terms of teacher development my focus has been on teacher knowledge and practices especially in the context of collaboration. I have also supervised seven PhD dissertations that have been successfully completed.
