Teaching and research work as a Lecturer and from 1998 onwards as an Assistant Professor of  Mathematics Education.

-        Ideological orientations of mathematics teaching practices in primary schools and their impacts on children's learning (Ideology of mathematics teaching).

-        Ideological orientations of primary school teachers towards mathematical knowledge and its applications: Factors and processes influencing their constructions and impacts on their teaching practices (Ideology of teachers).

-        Images of mathematics constructed by school-children and their parents: Factors and processes influencing their constructions and impacts on their learning of mathematics (Ideology of school-children and the adults who influence them). 

-        Public images of mathematics
