The seven papers that are posted here have earned the
distinction of excellence (Grade A) in the paper I had assigned for the
Negotiation course in 2008.
Hard copies of these papers have also been placed on
reserve at the ALBA library.
I am hoping that these excellent samples of legal
writing will serve as models for future students attending the MSc Program in
Business Studies for Lawyers.
The papers are posted in alphabetical order, according to the students' last
names.
