Enzymatic DNA Processing on Gold Nanoparticles

Abstract
Double stranded DNA immobilized on gold nanoparticles is amenable to enzymatic cleavage by a range of restriction endonucleases, and the efficiency of the cleavage can be quantified using fluorescence spectroscopy.
