-18- In search of the curious mechanism responsible for the broadening of the MicroPK funnel plot: The actual MicroPK mechanism The broadening of funnel plot indicates that the MicroPK data are not independent, as they should be, but they are correlated. Correlations in the time series of MicroPK records are therefore explored. The MicroPK records are arranged per date of publication and subjected to the Rescaled Range analysis, R/S, to test for the presence of long-range correlations.
