Asymmetry caused by     unreported negative         MicroPK results The main features of the MicroPK database as depicted on its funnel plot are:  1. The funnel plot is significantly broadened: The 95% confidence interval (blue dashed curves) cannot adequately envelope the 95% of data. They need to be replaced by the broadened red curves. 2. The MicroPK database is significantly biased. The plot is asymmetric due to unreported experimental results (publication bias): The statistical average of data (vertical dash-dotted line) does not coincide with the most representative effect size (vertical dash line).
